You do not need an appointment, just bring your great things and awesome self in anytime were open.  One of My Best Friend’s Closets friendly associates will have you fill out a simple form and we’ll do all the rest.  Our talented buyers and exclusive software helps us price your items based on style, brand, condition and our current inventory, so please don’t be offended if we can’t buy everything from you.

Most orders take less than 10 minutes to process and present your offer.  Of course, bringing in 3 bags over flowing with stuff with 10 people already in line might take a little bit longer.  But please be patient--we can only pay out cash so fast!  Browse the racks while you wait, or if you are in a hurry, you can drop off your things and pick up your cash later. Just tell an associate you’re stepping out so were not crying out your name worrying if you’re ok.

3.       Pocket the Cash or Trade Up Big

After we’re done looking over your clothes we’ll make you a CASH offer for the things we can take (up to 40 percent of the resale price).  You’ll get the most money for your high demand items like designer jeans and jackets.  We want this exchange to benefit both parties, so if you don’t feel comfortable with our offer, just tell us.  You can then take some or all of your items back (you won’t hurt our feelings).
