If your closet is packed full of clothes that don't make the daily cut; maybe you have changed sizes, styles or just have a shopping addiction like the rest of us! Then it's time to take back precious closet space by selling your items to My Best Friend's Closet for Cash or trade-up for Double the Store Credit. Selling is as simple as following these few steps.
STEP ONE
Go Through Your Closet
Sort through your closet and find those awesome items you're willing to part with. We buy teen’s, women’s and men’s sizes XS - 2X/XXL
Of course, we want you to get the most money for your items. So be sure everything is freshly laundered, stain and wrinkle-free, and most importantly, in style.
Let us worry about the brands; just know that your favorite brands are our favorite brands - Express, American Eagle, Levi, Urban Outfitters, Coach, Free People, Michael Kors, Forever 21, Victoria Secret, H&M, Kate Spade, Nike, Adidas, Lulu Lemon, just to name a few. (The list is too big to list them all)

STEP TWO
Bring Your Items In
We make the process simple! No need to make an appointment, just bring your stylish items to our front counter anytime we’re open. One of My Best Friend's Closet’s Buyers will evaluate your items and generate an offer for the items that meet our buying criteria.
Our exclusive software prices your items based on style, brand, condition and our current inventory. Please don't be offended if we can not buy everything from you.
Most orders take less than 15 minutes to process. Of course, cleaning out your closet and bringing in 3 overflowing bags, with 10 people in line, on a Saturday, might take a little bit longer. Please be patient, we can only pay out cash and store credit so fast!
In order to keep our processing times low, we appreciate if you stay in the store. You are sure to find an amazing treasure or two, so browse the racks while you wait. If you have an emergency, please tell a Team Member you are stepping out, so we can text you when your order is ready. We just ask that you are back within the hour. Keep in mind, all orders must be processed by the end of the day. If you leave your items overnight, only Double Store Credit will be available.

STEP THREE
Pocket the Cash or Trade Up BIG
After we have evaluated your items, we will make you a CASH offer for the clothing and accessories that meet our buying criteria. We are always looking for trending styles, designer purses and current seasonal items. You will get the most money for designer brands and items in excellent condition. We want this exchange to benefit both parties. If you don't feel comfortable with our offer, just tell us. You can then take some or all of your items back (you won't hurt our feelings).
Found some cute things while you were browsing? Great!, we offer Double the amount of the Cash offer in Store Credit that you can spend immediately. Or take your payment on a gift card that never expires, works at all our locations and can even be used at My Kid’s Closet stores.
Be sure to tell your friend’s. “You can’t keep us all to yourself”. Help them clean their closet and bring them with you to sell. “We are named My Best Friend’s Closet for a reason”. You will have a blast shopping together while adding some new looks to your closets. Don't be surprised if you all leave wearing those new outfits.
